Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wing Air Cadets
Hampshire & IOW Exam success.
The academic year has now come to an end and it is clear that Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wing have done exceedingly well on the exam front.
Over the three exam sittings November 2010, March and July 2011 cadets sat over 1,200 exam papers passing almost 70% of those. Over one hundred and fifty cadets progressed to leading cadet from first class and forty two moved on to the Master Air Cadet level. At those sittings sixty four cadets achieved either a credit/merit pass or a distinction.
All of these exams go towards BTEC in Aviation studies and when the results are calculated it is expected that again the results will be excellent.
Well done to all those cadets who sat and passed exams and to the instructors who passed on their knowledge to the cadets so effectively.
The next exam sitting will be the week beginning 21 November.
