‘Ultimate James Bond Christmas Disco 2006’

At a glittering occasion, Staff and Cadets of 2515 (Ringwood & Fordingbridge) Squadron donned their tuxedos and ball gowns last weekend as the Squadron held its first disco for over 20 years.

An assorted collection of 007s, Bond girls and a few villains descended on sleepy Fordingbridge, which nestles quietly between the New Forest and the ‘enemy lines’ of Dorset & Wilts Wing, for their ‘Ultimate Christmas Disco’, organised by new Sqn Commander – Fg Off Phil Giles.

As you will see from the photographs, many were visibly ‘shaken’ if not a little ‘stirred’ by the music from ‘DJT Mobile Disco!

Sgt Rogers (middle) & Flt Sgt Giles (right) and an agent provocateur from 622 VGS! – very suave guys!	Corporals  Gilbert & Ashton  ‘get better acquainted! Silver eyelashes! (on Gilbert guys! On Gilbert)!	Cadet  Overton  with  girlfriend  in one hand and clearly imagining he has a Vodka  Martini in the other (dream on)!
Cpl  Olney  clearly  thought  he  was  in  James Bond – The Musical! Oddjob was in Goldfinger Corporal, NOT Chicago!	DJ ‘Tim’ does the business! ‘Nobody Does It Better’ (these jokes are not improving)!	‘We  thought  this  was  the  Macarena  not the Funky Chicken?’
What’s that dashing over the floor? Is it a monster? No, it’s Cadet Williams!	Murder On The Dance Floor? Civilian Committee Members – Amanda Guy & Carol Olney - ‘just love ABBA’!	Every Squadron should be have their Bonds and Bond Girls ‘I must raise this at the next Civilian Committee Meeting!’
