Cadets and Staff of 2495 (Hythe) Squadron once again assisted at the 39th Annual Netley Marsh Steam & Craft Rally on the weekend of 24th - 26th July. Co-ordinated by Zack Maynard, a Civilian Instructor on the Squadron, the cadets carried out vaious duties over the weekend mainly manning the display arena and marshalling the wide variety of vehicles - from Steam Engines and Tractors through Vintage Commercial vehicles to the valuable Classic Cars and Motorbikes - into and out of the arena.

A highlight of the weekend came when the opportunity to meet the Red Devils Freefall Display Team whose display could only be described as phenomenal resulted in a photo opportunity not to be missed! Though a very tiring weekend, all those attending concluded that they had enjoyed the experience and the social aspects achieved by camping at the site for the weekend.

Our next event is the Vintage Tractor Rally to be held at Beaulieu Out-of-Town Centre on the weekend of August 15th / 16th.
