Wing Fieldcraft Training Cadre

1. The annual Wg Fieldcraft & Field Leadership Cadre, for 2007, will take place over the period 20 to 22 Apr 07. The venue will be Browndown Trg Camp, Gosport. Accommodation and training facilities have been allocated for up to 120 cdts and 30 staff (Staff number includes Security duties).
2. Three courses will be run for the on the weekend; Fieldcraft Basic, Fieldcraft Basic & Further Trg and Field Leadership.
3. Eligibility criteria for each course is stated in the table below:

| Fieldcraft Basic | 1st Class Cdt or, 14+, Not previously L98A1trained |
| Fieldcraft Basic - FT | Previously completed Fieldcraft Basic, L98A1 Trained and current by WHT |
| Field Leadership | Snr Cdt, 16+, previously completed Fieldcraft Basic FT, L98A1 trained and current by WHT |
4. Due to the lead time in organising the camp and the activities, Units are asked to bid for places for cdts and staff by Fri 19 Jan 07, indicating numbers of cdts and names of interested staff. Units responding after this date will not be offered places. After this date interested Units will be sent an allocation of places for the camp and a copy of the Admin Order. No monies or consent forms are required at this stage. Cost is anticipated at £5.00 inc all staff.
5. Staff who hold relevant qualifications (RCO, WI, SAAInst, Obs Course and 1st Aid) are particularly welcome to apply for places. Female staff are welcome too, to cover the female cdts.
